消瘰散治疗颈部淋巴结核的临床观察

目的 探讨消瘰散治疗颈部淋巴结结核的临床疗效。方法将157例患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例,在采用常规抗结核药治疗的同时,在对照组基础上口服消瘰散治疗。对照组77例,采用较大的病灶清除或脓肿切开引流,同时予以全身化疗。结果对照组总有效率为80.52%,治疗组总有效率为98.75%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。随访1年以上,对照组中8例复发,治疗组2例复发,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论消瘰散治疗颈部淋巴结结核疗效显著,促进病灶吸收,且复发率低。

Clinical observation on Xiaoluo powder in the treatment of neck lymph node tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Xiaoluo powder in the treatment of neck lymph node tuberculosis.Methods 157 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=80)was treated with oral Xiaoluo powder based on the treatment in the control group,while using conventional anti-tuberculosis drugs at the same time.The control group(n=77)was given larger lesion removal or abscess incision and drainage,combined with systemic chemotherapy.Results The total effective rate was 80.52%in the control group and 98.75%in the treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patients were followed up for more than one year.There were 8 cases of recurrence in the control group and 2 cases of recurrence in the treatment group.the two groups,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoluo powder has significant curative effect in the treatment of neck lymph node tuberculosis,which promotes the absorption of lesions,and the recurrence rate is low.
