睑板腺按摩治疗对纹眼线引起睑板腺功能障碍的效果观察

目的探讨睑板腺按摩治疗对纹眼线引起睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)的效果观察。方法选择52例纹眼线患者进行睑板腺功能拍照检查,根据检查结果,给予睑板腺按摩治疗,并对检查数据进行统计分析和治疗效果的观察。结果经过正规系统的睑板腺按摩治疗及家庭护理,对纹眼线引起睑板腺功能障碍的患者,治疗有效率达96%。结论经临床实践证明纹眼线可加重睑板腺功能障碍,经1个疗程的睑板腺按摩治疗达到较满意的治疗效果。

Observation on the effect of meibomian gland massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction induced by eyeliner tattoo

Objective To evaluate the effect of meibomian gland massage in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)induced by eyeliner tattoo.Methods 52 patients with eyeliner tattoo were selected and given photo examination of meibomian gland function.According to the results of the examination,the patients were given meibomian gland massage.The collected data were statistically analyzed and the treatment effect was observed.Results After the formal treatment of meibomian gland massage and home care,the effective rate of treatment was 96%in patients with MGD induced by eyeliner tattoo.Conclusion The clinical practice has proved that eyeliner tattoo can aggravate MGD,and after a course of treatment of meibomian gland massage,a more satisfactory treatment effect can be achieved.
