彩色多普勒超声在中老年结肠癌诊断中的应用

目的 研究并总结彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)在中老年结肠癌患者诊断中的影像特点与应用中的优缺点。方法选择近10年51例经彩色多普勒超声诊断的中老年结肠癌病例,研究、分析其影像与临床资料,将超声诊断与手术病理结果相对比。结果超声诊断与最终的手术及病理诊断一致者47例,符合率92.2%,CDFI对肝脏、肠系膜淋巴结转移、肿瘤直接浸润高度敏感。结论彩色多普勒超声结肠探查中根据特征性影像改变、肿块内部血流及动力学变化,能够正确诊断结肠癌,因其独特的优势,可作为中老年结肠癌的初始检查方法。

Application of color Doppler flow imaging in the diagnosis of middle-aged colon cancer

Objective To study and summarize imaging features of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the diagnosis of middle-aged patients with colon cancer as well as advantages and disadvantages of CDFI in the application.Methods 51 cases of middle-aged patients with colon cancer who had been diagnosed by CDFI during recent 10 years were selected.Their imaging and clinical data were studied and analyzed,and their ultrasonic diagnosis results were compared with surgical results and pathologic findings.Results There were 47 cases whose ultrasonic diagnosis was consistent with the final surgical and pathologic diagnosis,and the coincidence rate was 92.2%;CDFI was highly sensitive to the direct infiltration of liver,mesenteric lymph node metastasis and tumors.Conclusion Colon cancer can be diagnosed correctly by CDFI colon exploration according to characteristic image changes as well as blood flow and dynamics changes inside the lumps.It can be used as initial inspection method of colon cancer for the middle-aged due to its unique advantage.
