碘伏消毒液细菌污染监测与措施分析

目的调查碘伏消毒液细菌污染的情况,分析碘伏消毒液使用过程中存在的问题,并提出相应的改进措施。方法采用倾注法对我院2013年7月~2015年6月碘伏消毒液染菌量进行监测,按照常规方式进行细菌的分离和鉴定。结果碘伏消毒液在使用过程中存在细菌污染,污染率为2.5%,超标率为1.8%。主要污染菌为革兰阳性棒状杆菌及表皮葡萄球菌。结论碘伏消毒液在使用过程中,因各种原因可造成细菌污染,需加强对采购、配置及使用等环节的监督管理,保证消毒液的质量及安全使用,保障医疗安全。

Monitoring and measure of bacteria contamination in iodophor disinfectant

Objective To investigate the state of bacteria contamination in iodophor disinfectant,and analyze problems existed in the process of using iodophor disinfectant,and propose some improving suggestions.Methods The method of pouring was used to monitor the iodophor disinfectant contamination from July 2013 to June 2015,bacteria was isolated and identified according to the conventional approach.Results Bacterial contamination existed during the use of iodophor disinfectant,the pollution rate was 2.5%,the exceeded rate was 1.8%.The main contaminants were Grampositive Corynebacterium and Staphylococcus epidermidis.Conclusion During the use of iodophor disinfectant,various reasons can cause bacteria contamination,and must strengthen supervision over the use of purchasing,configuration and management,guarantee the quality of disinfectant and safe use,to improve medical security.
