尿毒清联合肾衰宁颗粒对维持性血液透析患者的临床疗效研究

目的探讨尿毒清联合肾衰宁颗粒对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2013年7月~2016年7月在我院血液净化中心维持性血液透析的89例患者,其中男46例(51.7%),平均(52.8±13.1)岁,平均透析病程(2.9±0.7)年。将89例患者按随机数字法分为三组,其中肾衰宁组31例,尿毒清组28例,联合治疗组30例。肾衰宁组给予肾衰宁颗粒,每次1袋,3次/d,冲服;尿毒清组给予尿毒清颗粒,每次1袋,4次/d,冲服;联合治疗组即上述两药联用。三组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾小球滤过率(GFR)、血钙、血磷、甲状旁腺素(i PTH)及血红蛋白水平变化。结果治疗前三组治疗基础观察指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗8周后,三组Scr、BUN均下降,GFR上升,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05),联合治疗组较两单用药组疗效显著(P0.05);治疗后尿毒清组与联合治疗组血钙较治疗前上升,血磷和i PTH较治疗前下降(P0.05);肾衰宁组与联合治疗组血红蛋白较治疗前上升(P0.05)。结论尿毒清和肾衰宁颗粒皆可改善MHD患者肾功能,且合用时具有协同改善作用,同时尿毒清颗粒可改善患者钙磷代谢紊乱,肾衰宁可改善患者贫血。

Study on the clinical effect of Niaoduqing combined with Shenshuaining granules on maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Niaoduqing combined with Shenshuaining granules in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.Methods A total of 89 patients receiving maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital Blood Purification Center from July 2013 to July 2016 were selected.Among them,there were 46 males(51.7%),with the average of(52.8±13.1)years old,and the average duration of dialysis for(2.9±0.7)years.89 patients were divided into three groups according to the random number method.Among them,31 patients were in Shenshuaining group,28 patients were in Niaoduqing group,and 30 patients were in the combined treatment group.Shenshuaining group was given Shenshuaining granules,with one pouch each time,3 times/d,administered with water;Niaoduqing group was given Niaoduqing granules,with one pouch each time,4 times/d,administered with water;the combined treatment group was given the combined use of the two drugs.The course of treatment was 8 weeks for three groups.The changes of levels of serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),glomerular filtration rate(GFR),serum calcium,phosphorus,parathyroid hormone(iPTH)and hemoglobin were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the basic treatment indicators among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,Scr and BUN were decreased and GFR was increased in all three groups,which were statistically significant compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05).The combined treatment group had a significant effect compared with the two groups of single drug use(P<0.05);compared with those before the treatment,the serum calcium was increased,and the serum phosphorus and iPTH were decreased after treatment in Niaoduqing group and combined treatment group(P<0.05);the hemoglobin was increased compared with that before the treatment in the Shenshuaining group and combined treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Niaoduqing and Shenshuaining granules both can improve the renal function of MHD patients,and have synergistic effect in combination.At the same time,Niaoduqing granules can improve the patient''s calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders,and Shenshuaining can improve the anemia.
