益生菌对治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的作用

幽门螺杆菌是一种具有传染性、感染率高的慢性致病菌,长期感染能够引起消化性溃疡、萎缩性胃炎和胃癌等多种疾病,还与人体多个系统疾病有关。临床治疗幽门螺杆菌的方法有多种,如传统三联疗法、经典四联疗法、序贯疗法和加用益生菌疗法等,但由于幽门螺杆菌对抗生素的耐药性,且使用抗生素副作用多,而益生菌有降低不良反应率,提升根除率的作用,在生活中和临床上越来越受到人们的重视。本文就益生菌在治疗幽门螺杆菌感染中的作用做一综述和展望,并对此疗法目前存在的问题进行讨论。

Effect of probiotics in the treatment of helicobacter pylori infection

Helicobacter pylori is a type of chronic pathogen with infectivity and high infection rate.Long-term infection can cause peptic ulcer,atrophic gastritis,gastric cancer and other diseases,and it is also related with a number of systemic diseases of the human body.There are many ways to clinically treat Helicobacter pylori,such as classic triple therapy,classic quadruple therapy,sequential therapy and the addition of probiotics.However,because of the resistance of Helicobacter pylori to antibiotics,and the use of antibiotics have many side effects,probiotics have been raising greater attentions in daily life and in clinical practice due to its potential to reduce the rate of adverse reactions,and enhance eradication rate.In this paper,the review and outlook are made on the probiotics in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection,and the current problems of this therapy are discussed.
