早期康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复及提高生活质量的影响效果观察

目的观察早期康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症术后恢复及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2017年1月我院收治的进行手术治疗的102例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为观察对象,按照摸球法分为对照组(n=51)和研究组(n=51),对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施早期康复护理,比较两组患者的术后恢复效果和生活质量情况。结果两组腰椎功能优良率比较,研究组高于对照组(P0.05);两组护理后JOA评分、SF-36评分及VAS评分比较,研究组均优于对照组(P0.05);研究组与对照组护理满意度比较,组间差异明显(P0.05)。结论早期康复护理可显著改善腰椎间盘突出症术后腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床广泛推广和应用。

Observation on the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation and improvement of quality of life

Objective To observe the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the postoperative recovery of lumbar disc herniation and improvement of quality of life.Methods 102 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital and were given surgical treatment from June 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the observation subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=51)and the study group(n=51)according to the method of drawing balls.The control group was given routine care,and the study group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The postoperative recovery effect and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients.Results The excellent and good rate of lumbar function in the two groups in the study group was higer than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of JOA,SF-36 and VAS in the two groups after the nursing were better in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05);there was significant difference in nursing satisfaction between the study group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing can significantly improve postoperative lumbar function for lumbar disc herniation,relieve pain,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
