新生儿脐动脉血气分析与1minApgar评分相关性的研究

目的探讨新生儿脐动脉血气分析与1 min Apgar评分的相关性。方法以我院分娩的1921例新生儿为样本,行脐动脉血气分析检查的同时进行1 min Apgar评分,并追踪患儿并发症发生率。结果脐动脉血pH值、PO_2与1 min Apgar评分呈正向关联,脐动脉血PCO_2与1 min Apgar评分呈负向关联。脐动脉血pH值、1 min Apgar评分与脏器并发症发生率呈负向关联。结论新生儿窒息的诊断标准中脐动脉血气分析是不可或缺的,是1 min Apgar评分的有效补充,应结合脐动脉血气分析和1 min Apgar评分来综合评估新生儿的预后。

Study on the correlation between umbilical artery blood gas analysis and 1-minute Apgar score of the newborns

Objective To investigate the correlation between umbilical artery blood gas analysis and 1-minute Apgar score of the newborns.Methods 1921 newborns who delivered in our hospital were selected as samples.Umbilical artery blood gas analysis was performed.At the same time,1-minute Apgar score was calculated,and the incidence rate of complications in the infants was traced.Results The pH value and PO2of umbilical artery were positively correlated with 1-minute Apgar score.Umbilical artery PCO2was negatively correlated with the 1-minute Apgar score. Umbilical artery pH value,1-minute Apgar score and incidence rate of organ complications were negatively correlated. Conclusion Umbilical arterial blood gas analysis of the diagnostic criteria of neonatal asphyxia is indispensable and is an effective complement to the 1-minute Apgar score.The prognosis of newborns should be evaluated comprehensively with umbilical arterial blood analysis combined with 1-minute Apgar score.
