| 摘 要： | 目的:评价帕利哌酮缓释片门诊治疗精神分裂症的疗效和不良反应。方法:观察组为我院2009年4～9月门诊选用帕利哌酮缓释片的患者,对照组为同期选用利培酮治疗的患者。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)评价2组疗效和不良反应。结果:对照组治愈率为42.4%,有效率为74.8%,观察组治愈率为49.6%,有效率为80.3%,2组治愈率、有效率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照比较,观察组不良反应出现频率低、程度轻微。结论:帕利哌酮缓释片对病情适合门诊治疗的精神分裂症患者具有疗效更好,不良反应更轻的优点。
