| 摘 要： | 目的:;探讨中西药联合治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效。方法:;将符合诊断标准的120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均予罗红霉素口服，外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶。治疗组加服痤疮灵颗粒，外用青敷膏。2周为1个疗程， 3个疗程后评定疗效。结果:;治疗组痊愈率58.33%，愈显率81.67%，均高于对照组(31.67%，55.00%)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:;采用中西药联合方法治疗中重度痤疮疗效优于单用西药组。

| Abstract: | OBJCTIVE To explore therapeutic effects of the combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in treating moderate and severe acne.METHODS 120 patients conforming to diagnostic standards were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Both groups took roxithromycin orally and got externally applied 0.1% adapalene gel.The treatment group was added to take Cuochuangling Granule and external Qingfu Paste.2 weeks were 1 course of treatment and the therapeutic effects were evaluated after 3 courses.RES... |
