| 摘 要： | 目的:;探讨推拿牵引结合运动治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:;将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为推拿运动结合牵引组（治疗组）和非运动类手法推拿结合牵引组（对照组）30例，均治疗2个疗程。结果:;治疗后2组的症状、体征、日常生活活动能力（ADL）积分与治疗前相比均有显著性差异（P<0.05），治疗后2组相比有显著性差异（P＜0.05）。结论:;推拿牵引结合运动治疗腰椎间盘突出症在镇痛、改善症状、体征和ADL方面均有明显作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of tuina and traction accompanied with exercise on LIDP.METHODS 60 LIPD patients were equally randomized into the group of tuina and traction accompanied with exercise as treatment group;and non-exercise manipulation tuina group as control group.Both were treated for 2 courses.RESULTS There was a significant difference in symptoms and physical signs of two groups between before and after treatment(P<0.05).The difference could also be seen between treatment group and... |
