肝硬化患者血浆中AFP、PKM2和ALB mRNA的检测与分析

摘    要:目的探讨乙肝肝硬化患者外周血血浆中甲胎蛋白(AFP)、丙酮酸激酶M2(PKM2)和白蛋白(ALB)mRNA的表达水平及其临床意义。方法采用实时定量PCR方法检测了38例健康人血浆及38例乙肝肝硬化患者血浆中AFP mRNA、PKM2 mRNA和ALB mRNA的表达水平,并分析其表达与临床检测指标间的相关性。结果 AFPmRNA、PKM2 mRNA及ALB mRNA的表达在肝硬化患者血浆和健康人血浆中存在明显差异,结果具有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。AFP mRNA和PKM2 mRNA的表达与临床检测指标没有显著相关性,ALB mRNA与γ-谷氨酰基转移酶及血清白蛋白具有相关性。与甲胎蛋白相比,检测的3种血浆mRNA在乙肝肝硬化患者中的高表达更明显。结论检测外周血血浆中AFP mRNA、PKM2 mRNA和ALB mRNA的表达对肝病的临床诊断及治疗具有指导意义。
