腹针结合康复训练治疗卒中后肩痛的临床观察

目的:;观察腹针结合康复运动疗法治疗中风后肩痛的临床疗效。方法:;将符合纳入标准的60例中风后肩痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组30例。治疗组给予腹针加康复训练(包括良肢位摆放、关节松动、被动运动及鼓励主动运动等)，对照组只给予康复训练。治疗前与治疗2周后，各进行1次目测类比定级（VAS）、简化FuglMeyer运动功能评分法（FMA）中的上肢运动功能评分及改良的Barthel指数(MBI)评定。结果:;2组治疗前后比较，VAS评分、FMA上肢功能评分及MBI评分差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05），2组治疗后比较VAS评分差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），而上肢功能评分及MBI评分差异没有统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论:;腹针配合现代康复技术治疗卒中后肩痛患者，在改善卒中后肩痛疼痛症状方面，较单纯现代康复技术治疗效果更佳；而在改善患肢运动功能及患者日常自理能力方面，两者疗效基本一致。
