弹性义齿在单个前牙缺失临时修复中的应用

目的 评估弹性义齿在单个前牙缺失临时修复中的应用价值.方法 选择有临时修复需求的单个前牙缺失患者76例,根据患者自主选择临时修复体类型分为A、B两组,每组38例,A组用弹性义齿做临时修复体,B组用普通胶连活动义齿做临时修复体;同时以拔除单个前牙且无临时修复要求的患者38例作为对照组(C组);分别于戴入临时义齿前(拔牙后2周)及进行永久修复前(拔牙后97～100 d)制取印模,并于模型上测量缺牙两侧邻牙临床冠高度,两次临床冠高度的差值为该牙唇侧牙龈萎缩高度.结果 A组患者缺失牙两侧邻牙临床冠高度的差值为0.5 mm(0.0～1.2 mm),明显大于B组的0.0 mm(0.0～0.6 mm)(P＜0.05)和C组的0.0 mm(0.0～0.4 mm)(P＜0.05);B、C两组间差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 将弹性义齿应用于单个前牙缺失的临时修复有导致缺失牙邻牙唇侧牙龈萎缩的危险,不适合应用于单个前牙缺失的临时修复.
