| 摘 要： | 目的：观察仙人救心片对充血性心力衰竭大鼠左心室重构的影响。方法：将健康SD大鼠45只,随机分为5组,即：空白对照组（A）、模型对照组（B）、卡托普利组（C）、仙人救心片大剂量组（D）、仙人救心片小剂量组（E）,每组9只。通过腹腔注射阿霉素,建立心力衰竭大鼠模型,C、D、E组分别用卡托普利片、仙人救心片大、小剂量治疗2周后,观察对心脏形态学结构及全心重量指数的影响。结果：仙人救心片可降低心力衰竭模型大鼠全心重量指数。结论：仙人救心片对左心室重构有一定的抑制作用。
