| 摘 要： | 目的:;观察针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:;采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为针刀治疗组60例，电针对照组60例。对2组临床疗效、止痛起效时间及镇痛效果进行评定。结果:;针刀组痊愈25例（41.7%），显效17例（28.3%），有效16例（26.7%），总有效率96.7%；电针组痊愈19例（31.7%），显效13例（21.6%），有效22例（36.7%），总有效率90.0%；2组愈显率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，治疗组止痛起效时间、镇痛效果优于对照组。结论:;针刀治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效显著，其愈显率、止痛起效时间及镇痛效果均优于电针法。
