Preparation and drug-release properties in vitro of chitosan/alginate microcyst encapsulating BDNF

Abstract:Objective To construct chitosan/alginate microcyst encapsuling BDNF and measure its vitro pharmacokinetics.Methods We use ultrosound atomization method to construct chitosan/alginate microcyst encapsuling BDNF.High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to analyse its in vitro pharmacokinetics.Results Chitosan/alginate microcyst has circular transparent granule shape,with diameter rangeing from 3 to 5 micrometers.We analyse daily release dose of BDNF with SPSS statistical software.The results showed that the relation between BDNF accumulative release dose and time was linear,which was consistent with zero order processes.Conclusion The preparing technology for chitosan/alginate microcyst encapsuling BDNF used in this test is dependable,and the in vitro release of BDNF from the microcyst is sustained
