脂肪肝209例脉图参数特征分析

目的：通过对脂肪肝患者与正常人的脉象及脉图参数的比较,初步探讨脂肪肝患者脉象特征与脉图参数的变化,以期为脂肪肝的早期干预与脉象研究提供客观化依据。方法：应用TD-Ⅲ中医脉象仪,观察209例脂肪肝患者与203例正常人脉象分布及脉图参数h1、h3、h4、h5、h3/h1、h5/h1的差异并进行统计学分析。结果：脂肪肝组以弦脉、滑脉多见,正常人组以弦脉、平脉多见。脂肪肝患者脉图参数h1、h3、h4、h3/h1均高于正常人,而h5、h5/h1低于正常人,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：脂肪肝患者以弦脉、滑脉多见,亦见濡脉、弦滑脉、细脉。采取定期脉象检查并进行相关干预对于防治脂肪肝具有重要意义

Pulse Parameters Signature Analysis of 209 Cases with Adiposis Hepatica

Objective： To contrast the pulse tracings and pulse parameters of the patients of adiposis hepatica with those of health adults,and to investigate the variance of them between patients and health adults,so as to provide objectified evidence for early intervention of adiposis hepatica and study of pulse condition.Method： The pulse tracings distribution of 209 cases with adiposis hepatica and their pulse parameters were analyzed with TD-III TCM electro-pulsograph.So were 203 cases′ of health adults.The pulse parameters included h1,h3,h4,h5,h3/h1 and h5/h1.Result： In treatment group wiry pulse and slippery pulse showed up more,and in control group wiry pulse and normal pulse showed up mainly.The pulse parameters h1,h3,h4 and h3/h1 were more in treatment group than in control group,but h5 and h5/h1 were less in treatment group than in control group.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion： The patients of adiposis hepatica have wiry pulse and slippery pulse mainly,and sluggish pulse,tout and rolling pulse and thready pulse also showed up.Regularly checking up pulse tracings and doing some things can help to prevent people from adiposis hepatica early.
