| 健脾益肾方联合甲地孕酮对消化系肿瘤恶病质30例FAACT的影响 |

| 摘 要： | 目的:;观察健脾益肾方联合甲地孕酮对消化系肿瘤恶病质30例患者食欲不振恶病质综合征治疗的功能性评价量表（FAACT）的影响，明确中医健脾益肾方在治疗癌症恶病质中的临床价值。方法:;采用随机对照的方法，将60例消化系肿瘤恶病质患者，随机分为2组，其中治疗组(健脾益肾方联合甲地孕酮组)30例、对照组(单纯甲地孕酮组)30例。治疗前后分别观察2组FAACT评分。结果:;治疗组治疗后见FAACT总分明显提高，对照组治疗后总分也有所提高。2组治疗后比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:;健脾益肾方联合甲地孕酮能增加消化系肿瘤恶病质综合征患者的食量，增加体力，改善食欲不振恶病质综合征，提高生活质量，表明癌症恶病质患者加中药治疗具有一定的临床价值。
