| 摘 要： | 目的：观察黄芪注射液联合泮托拉唑钠治疗老年消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选择60例老年消化性溃疡患者,随机分为两组各30例,对照组给予常规静滴泮托拉唑钠治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用黄芪注射液,治疗5周后观察临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈21例,显效3例,有效1例,无效3例,总有效率90.0%;对照组治愈16例,显效2例,有效3例,无效9例,总有效率总70.0%;两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：黄芪注射液联合泮托拉唑钠治疗老年消化性溃疡效果显著,能更有效的促进溃疡愈合。
