| Abstract: | The interrelationship of stria vascularis and organ of Corti integrity was investigated. Strial morphology was altered by repeated injections of ethacrynic acid in the chinchilla. Although prolonged temporary strial damage was created, neither strial atrophy nor organ of Corti damage resulted. |
