| 摘 要： | 本文建立了测定硫柳汞酊中硫柳汞含量的紫外分光光度法，其线性范围确定为２０～１００μｇ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝４），吸收度（ｙ）对浓度（ｘ）的回归方程为ｙ＝０．０１５７＋０．００５８２５ｘ，相关系数ｒ＝０．９９９９，平均回收率为１０１．２２±０．２５％（ｎ＝５）。该法简便，快速。
