月桂氮酮促安非拉酮的透皮吸收作用

用离体大鼠皮为渗透屏障，研究月桂氮酮对安非拉酮的促渗作用，５和７．５％月桂氮酮使安非拉酮透皮吸收的稳定状态流量（Ｊ）分别增加７８．２和９８．６％。渗透系数（Ｋｐ）也相应增加。药物从乳剂基质向皮肤渗透符合Ｈｉｇｕｃｈｉ方程。

Enhancing effect of azone on amfepranone penetrative absorption

he effect of azone on in vitro permeability of amfepranone cream through excised rat skin was examined using standingtype diffusion cell and normal saline as receptor medium. The result showed that azone could enhance the permeation of am-fepranone.5%or7.5% of azone in amfepranone increased the steady state fluxs(J)by 78.2%or 98.6%respectively,and the permeability coefficient (Kp)increaed significantly,too. The penctration process could be described by Higuchi kineticmechamism.
