| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌危害严重,血管生成对于胰腺癌的发展有重要意义.胰腺星状细胞（PSC）是胰腺癌ECM的主要来源,为肿瘤细胞的生长提供有利的微环境.PSC能够在离体和在体水平促进胰腺癌血管生成,而对胰腺癌血管生成的深入研究有助于明确肿瘤的发展和转移规律,为细胞和分子水平治疗胰腺癌开辟新途径.

| Abstract: | Pancreatic cancer is still a dismal disease.Angiogenesis is very important for the development of pancreatic cancer.Pancreatic stellate cells （PSCs） are the main source of extra-cellular matrix of pancreatic cancer and they provide advantageous microenvironment for cancer cells.PSC could promote the angiogenesis of pancreatic cancer both in vitro and in vivo.Further studies of the angiogenesis of pancreatic cancer are helpful in learning the characteristics of development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer,and provide new treatment method in the cellular and molecular levels. |
