乳腺癌组织中COX-2与IL-8表达的相关性及临床意义

目的：探讨乳腺癌组织中环氧化酶-2（COX-2）和白细胞介素-8（L-8）表达的相关性及临床意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学法对60例乳腺癌患者病理组织中的COX-2和IL-8进行检测，并与31例乳腺良性疾病对照，分析其相关性，以及二者与肿瘤大小、浸润程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移及雌激素受体（estrogen receptor，ER）和孕激素受体（progesteronreceptor，PR）表达等生物学行为的关系。结果：乳腺癌组织中COX-2和IL-8阳性表达率分别为66．7％、60．0％均显著高于对照组（P=0．0006、P=0．0002），且二者表达存在明显正相关（r=0．433，P〈0．001）。COX-2和IL-8阳性细胞表达率与肿瘤大小、浸润程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移情况均有明显差异（P均〈0．05），而与ER和PR的表达状态无明显相关（P均〉0．05）。结论：COX-2和IL-8在乳腺癌组织中过度表达且呈正相关，提示乳腺癌组织中COX-2和IL-8存在相互调控机制，共同促进肿瘤的发生和发展。

Relationship and significance of the expression of COX-2 and IL-8 in breast cancer

Objective：To study the relationship and significance of the expression of COX-2 and IL-8 in cells of breast cancer. Methods：Speciments from 60 patients with breast cancer and 31 patients with benign breast diseases were studied.Agiogene was assessed by the expression of cyclooxygenase-2（COX-2） and interleukin-8（IL-8） using immunohistochemical staining, study the relationship, as to analyze relationships between them and tumor size,tumor type,TNM stages, lymph nodes metastasis and expression of estrogen receptor （ER） and progestin receptor（PR）as well.Results：The expression rate of COX-2 and IL-8 in breast cancer cells were higher than that of normal controls（66.7%,60.0% P=0.0006, P=0.0002）.The expression rate of IL-8 in breast cancer of positive expression of COX-2 were higher（r=0.433, P〈0.001）.There were significant correlations between COX-2,IL-8 and tumor size,tumor type,TNM stages and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）, but non-significant correlations with ER,PR（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The high expression of COX-2 and IL-8 in cells of breast cancer was positive correlated,suggesting they may regulate each other and jointly contribute to the tumorigenesis and progression of breast cancer.
