| 摘 要： | 从竞争情报的视角介绍了全球29个用于预防艾滋病和其他性传播疾病的阴道局部用候选杀微生物剂的名称、作用机制、剂型、有无避孕作用分类、发明专利申请和获得情况、新药开发所处阶段和研发机构。分析了阴道局部用杀微生物剂在技术开发和市场推广方面面临的困难和挑战。 |

| Abstract: | Twenty-nine global topical microbicide candidates for preventing acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS)and sexually transmitted diseases(STDS)are introduced in thisarticle from competitive in- telligence perspective.The names,mechanism of actions,formulations,indications for HIV/STDS and contra- ceptive,patent's application and possession,phase of clinical trials,and developers of these microbicide can- didates are introduced.Difficulties and challenges in technology development and market introduction for safe and effective microbicides are analyzed. |
