| Abstract: | Teacher education organization is the cradle of training qualified teachers,teacher profession specialization calls and demands teacher education specialization.This thesis elaborates thoroughly on that teacher professionalization is the inevitable development trend of modern teacher education.Not only teachers' pre-service education has tended to professionalization,teachers' in-service training has been facilitated,but also teacher education has been universitization. |
