MRI诊断闭合性跟腱损伤的价值

目的: 评价MRI术前诊断闭合性跟腱损伤的价值.材料和方法: 对18例闭合性跟腱损伤患者行MRI检查,分析其MRI表现并与手术结果对照.结果: 18例中16例行手术治疗,MRI显示10例为跟腱完全断裂,表现为跟腱广泛增粗、跟腱前缘明显凸起、出血及水肿等;6例为不完全断裂,表现为局限性跟腱增粗及跟腱前缘稍凸起等,均与手术所见相符合.结论: MRI术前诊断跟腱闭合性损伤的准确性较高,有助于制定跟腱撕裂手术方案.

The Role of MRI in the Diagnosis of Close Injury of Achilles Tendon

Purpose: To evaluate the usefulness of MRI in the preoperative diagnosis of close injury of Achilles tendon. Materials and Methods: MRI was performed in 18 patients with clinically diagnosed close injury of Achilles tendon. The findings on MRI were analyzed and compared with the surgical results. Results: Of the 18 patients, 16 underwent surgery. Complete tear of Achilles tendon was demonstrated on MRI in 10 cases, showing diffuse thickening of the tendon, prominent convex anterior margin, and signal changes by hemorrhage and edema. Partial tear of Achilles tendon was revealed on MRI in 6 cases, manifesting as focal thickening of the tendon and mild convex anterior margin. MRI findings were consistent with surgical findings in all 16 cases. Conclusion: MRI scan is an accurate method of choice in the diagnosis of close injury of Achilles tendon, therefore, it is helpful in the surgical planning of Achilles tendon tear.
