“案例实训法”培养护士职业道德的实践研究

摘    要:目的探讨通过思想道德修养与法律基础课培养护士职业道德的有效方法。方法将护理系2008级学生按照授课班分为试验组和对照组,试验组实施“案例情境实践训练教学法”,对照组采用传统的教师讲授法,比较2组学生的测试成绩和试验组学生对教学法的效果评价。结果试验组3个专题的测试成绩均高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义;试验组对“案例情境实践训练教学法”教学效果评价较好。结论“案例情境实践训练教学法”能提高教学质量,是培养护士职业道德素质的有效方法。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the effects of case training method on the cultivation of nurse's professional ethics. Methods The nursing students enrolled in 2008 were divided into two groups. In the experimental group, 146 students adopted case training method;152 students in the control group were given conventional teaching methods. Examination records of the two groups were compared ,and an evaluation questionnaire of case training method was conducted among the students in the experimental group. Results The examination records in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group. The students in the experimental group thought that case training method improved nurse's professional ethics. Conclusion Case training method can make the students grasp the theoretical knowledge ,and it's efficient for the quality training and professional ability.
