| 摘 要： | 对基因突变检测的常用分子生物学方法 ,包括单链构象多态性 (single strandconformationpolymorphism ,SSCP)检测、异源双链核酸分子分析 (heteroduplexanalysis ,HDA)、蛋白截短试验(proteintruncationtest ,PTT)和错配化学裂解法 (chemicalcleavageofmismatch ,CCM )等进行了综述 ;详尽介绍了一种最新的基因突变检测方法———转换限制性酶切位点突变分析法 (inversere strictionsitemutation ,iRSM ) ,并预测了上述突变检测方法在新药临床前遗传毒性检测中的应用前景。
