| 摘 要： | 本文报告了87例、160眼青少年真、假近视用0.25%托吡卡胺眼药水经1—3个月治疗后的结果:1.该药滴后无副作用,扩瞳、麻痹睫状肌和瞳孔恢复正常均快,因而晚上滴药后不影响学生第二天的学习;2.该药对小学生假性近视、中间性近视和轻度远视有效,有效率为58%;对中学生疗效差,这可能与中学生用药不认真与屈光度高有关;3.远期疗效及预防近视的作用有待进一步观察

| Abstract: | The present study was undertaken to ivestigate the efficiency of 0.25% tropicamide eyedrops to treat myopia or accommodative myopia in 160 eyes (87 cases) of school children: 1.The mydriatic, cyeloplegic action and recovery were so quick that it did not intere-fere the studying next day,and there were no side effects. 2. The effective rate of treating myopia, accommodative myopia and low degree hyperopia in primary school children was 58%, but for middle school students, the effect was not satisfactory, This may be due to that the middle school students didn't insist on treatment, and that their degree of myopia was higher than that of primary school children. 3.The long term effects of this drug,and its preventive effect on myopia need further obseration |
