| 摘 要： | 目的观察皂角刺水煎液的体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法体内实验:建立小鼠背部皮下移植性实体肿瘤H22荷瘤动物模型,灌胃给药后测定肿瘤体积、质量及免疫器官指数;体外实验:用MTT法测定皂角刺对小鼠lewis肺癌细胞的影响。结果体内实验:在本实验剂量下(0.3mL/g),与模型对照组比较,皂角刺组肿瘤生长减缓,抑瘤率为38.37%,胸腺指数、脾脏指数均增高;体外实验:实验所用浓度的皂角刺水煎液呈剂量依赖性抑制小鼠lewis肺癌细胞生长。结论皂角刺有一定抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能与细胞毒和提高机体免疫作用有关。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe antitumor effects of spina gleditsiae water extract in vitro and in vivo . Methods In vivo ：the subcutaneous model of H22 liver cancer was established to observe antitumor by measuring the volume , weight of in situ tumor and immune organs index after ig of spina gleditsiae water extract . In vitro ：MTT assay is used to test antitumor effects of spina gleditsiae water extract on lewis lung cancer cells . Results In vivo ：compared with model control group , the tumor size in spina gleditsiae group was smaller , the inhibitionory rate was 38 .37% , at the same time , the thymus index and spleen index increased . In vitro ：spina gleditsiae water extract inhibited proliferation in a concentration dependent matter . Conclusion Spina gleditsiae have antitumor activity , its mechanism might be related to cytotoxity and immune modulation . |
