升降通脉散治疗代谢综合征60例临床观察

目的：观察升降通脉散治疗代谢综合征（ MS）的临床疗效。方法将120例MS患者随机分为2组。治疗组60例予升降通脉散治疗，对照组60例予二甲双胍、辛伐他汀、依那普利治疗。2组均30 d为1个疗程，2个疗程后统计疗效，并观察2组治疗前后甘油三酯（ TG）、总胆固醇（ TC）、空腹血糖（ FPG）、体质量指数（ BMI）、血压情况及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90．0％，对照组总有效率76．7％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后TG、TC、FPG、血压及BMI均降低（P＜0．05），且治疗组降低优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论升降通脉散能有效改善MS患者的糖代谢、脂代谢、血压异常及肥胖等。

Clinical observation of Shengjiangtongmai powder on the treatment of metabolic syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shengjiangtongmai powder on treating metabolic syn -drome.Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group ,60 cases in each group.60 patients in the treatment group were treated with the Shengjiangtongmai powder , and those in the control group （n=60） received metformin,simvastatin and enalapril with a course of three months ,even served two courses. The levels of TC,TG,FPG,BMI,blood pressure （SBP and DBP） and clinical symptom were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate in treatment group （90.0%） was higher than that in control group （76.7%）.The levels of TC,TG and FPG after treatment were decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decreases of TC,TG and FPG in treatment group were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of blood pressure and BMI after treatment were decreased in two groups （P〈0.05）.The decreases of blood pressure and BMI in treat-ment group were superior to those in control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shengjiangtongmai powder can effec-tively improve glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,abnormal blood pressure,obesity and so on.
