MRI与关节镜诊断半月板损伤的临床对比研究简

目的研究磁共振成像（MRI）与关节镜下诊断半月板损伤的临床对比。方法在本院接受治疗的94例患者进行MRI与关节镜下的检查治疗，这94例患者中有104个受损的半月板，回顾分析在临床中利用MRI与关节镜下诊断半月板损伤的敏感性、准确性、特异性从而进行对比。结论 MRI诊断半月板损伤的敏感性为90．24％、准确性94．2％、特异性89．09％。结论MR／在临床中能准确的诊断半月板损伤，在临床治疗中有着重要的意义。

Clinical Comparative Study of MRI and Arthroscopy on Meniscus Injury

Objective To study the clinical comparison of meniscus injury diagnosis between Magnetic Resonance Imaging（MR1） and arthroscopy. Methods There are 94 patients have been treated in our hospital under MRI and arthroscopic examination and treatment. Among the 94 patients, there are 104 damaged meniscuses. They are retrospectively reviewed in the clinical diagnosis by MRI and arthroscopic, and to compare meniscus injury diagnosis of sensitivity, specificity and accuracy. Results The sensitivity, accuracy, specificity of meniscal injury diagnosis of MRI is 90.24%, 94.2%, 89.09%. Conclusion MRI can be accurate in the clinical diagnosis of meniscus injury, and it has an important significance in clinical treatment.
