二级甲等医院门诊老年2型糖尿病患者的自我管理现状及影响因素分析

目的探讨二级甲等医院门诊老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理行为现状及影响因素。方法选取某二级甲等医院门诊就诊的310例老年2型糖尿病患者,采用一般资料调查表、糖尿病自我管理活动问卷、自我效能量表、糖尿病知识问卷进行调查。结果 310例老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理总分(14.44±4.03)分;自我效能总分(4.08±1.04)分;糖尿病知识总分(46.86±16.12)分。多元逐步回归分析显示,影响二级甲等医院门诊老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理水平的因素为糖尿病知识、自我效能、健康教育情况、糖尿病病程。结论医护人员对二级甲等医院门诊老年2型糖尿病患者自我管理进行有针对性的干预,能提高患者自我管理水平,使患者进行有效的自我管理,延缓和控制并发症的发生。

The status and influencing factors of self- management of elderly outpatients with type 2 diabetes in secondary level hospitals

Objective To explore the status of self management and influencing factors of elderly outpatients with type 2 diabetes in secondary level hos pitals. Methods A total of 310 elderly type 2 diabetic outpatients in a secondary level hospital were recruited and investigated with general information question naire, the Summary of Diabetes Self Care Activities （SDSCA） , diabetes self efficacy questionnaire and the Diabetes Knowledge Test （DKT）. Results The total scores of self management ,self efficacy and diabetes knowledge were （ 14.44 ±4.03 ） , （4.08 ± 1.04） and （46.86 ± 16.12） ,respectively. Multiple re gression analysis showed that factors influencing self management of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were diabetes knowledge, self efficacy, health educa tion status and disease duration. Conclusion It is suggested to provide targeted intervention for elderly outpatients with type 2 diabetes in secondary level hospi tal so as to improve their self management level, make them do more effective self management and delay or control the occurrence of complications.
