平肝潜阳活血汤治疗中风风阳上扰证临床疗效观察

目的探讨观察平肝潜阳活血汤对中风的临床疗效。方法按人院顺序将68例风阳上扰型中风患者分为2组。对躁组34例采取常规西医处理。观察组34例加用平肝潜阳活血汤治疗。结果观察组基本痊愈4例（11．76％），总有效率85．29％。对照组基本痊愈2例（5．88％），总有效率58．82％。2级比较，总有效率差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗后各时间段的NDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组患者在治疗过程中均未见明显不良反应。结论平肝潜阳活血汤能改善风阳上扰型中风患者的NDS评分，临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Observation on the Clinical Efficacy of Pinggan Qianyang Huoxue Decoction in the Treatment of Wind-yang Nuisance Stroke Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Pinggan Qianyang Decoction on stroke. Methods According to the order of admission, 68 cases of wind-yang nuisance stroke patients were divided into 2 groups. 34 cases in the control group adopted conventional western medicine treatment, 34 cases in the observation group were treated with Pinggan Qianyang Decoc- tion. Results In the observation group, 4 cases were basically cured （11.76%）, the total efficiency was 85.29%. In the control group, 2 cases were basically cured （5.88%）, the total efficiency was 58.82%. The difference in total efficiency between the groups was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. After treatment, the NDS scores of the observation group in each period were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. 2 groups of patients during treatment showed no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion Pinggan Qianyang Decoction can improve the NDS scores of wind-yang nuisance stroke pa- tients, and its curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment.
