摘    要:目的:分析缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生患儿脐血神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平,为防治婴幼儿脑瘫提供依据.方法:缺氧缺血性脑病新生患儿26例为观察组,同期出生的26例正常足月新生儿为对照组.收集脐血检测神经元特异性烯醇化酶.结果:对照组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶水平均值为(8.3±2.6)μg/L,而观察组为(38.5±18.7)μg/L,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:新生患儿脐血神经元特异性烯醇化酶是缺氧缺血性脑病重要指标.

Abstract:Objective: To analyze cord blood neuron specific enolase (NSE) of neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE), and to provide an important basis for preventing infantile cerebral palsy. Methods: Randomly selected 26 neonates with HIE for the observation and 26 full-term newborns as control. The neonatal umbilical cord blood was collected for the determination of NSE levels. Results: The average serum NSE level was (8. 3±2.6)/lg/L in observation group that was significantly higher than (38.5±18.7)μg/L in control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion: NSE in neonatal cord blood can serve as predictor of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
