彩色多普勒与超声弹性成像对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值分析

摘    要:目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(ColorDopplerFlowImaging,CDFI)与超声弹性成像(UltrasoundElastogra—phy,UE)对甲状腺良恶性结节的诊断价值。方法选取甲状腺结节患者67例,共90个病灶,行CDFI、UE检查,所有结节均经手术病理证实,计算CDFI、UE评分法诊断甲状腺良恶性结节的敏感性、特异性、准确性。结果CDFI鉴别甲状腺良恶性结节的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别是61.9%、75.4%、72.2%;UE分别为71.4%、88.4%、84.4%。两者之间的准确性比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论UE对甲状腺良恶性结节的鉴别诊断价值高于CD—FI

The Value of Color Doppler Flow Imaging and Elasticity Imaging in Diagnosing Benign and Malignant Thyroid Nodules

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical application value of color doppler flow imaging and ultrasound elasticity imaging in diagnosing benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Sixty-seven patients with ninety thyroid nodules were examined by color doppler flow imaging and elasticity imaging. All nodules were confirmed by surgical pathology. The sensitivity, speci- ficity, and accuracy of color doppler flow imaging and elasticity imaging were calculated in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Results The sensitivity, specifici- ty, and accuracy of color doppler flow imaging were 61.9%,75.4%,72.2%;the sensitivity, spe- cificity, and accuracy of elasticity imaging were 71.4%,88.4%,84.4%.There was significant difference in accuracy between color doppler flow imaging and elasticity imaging (P〈0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of elasticity imaging in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules is higher than .color doppler flow imaging.
