淫羊藿苷对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松影响的研究

目的观察淫羊藿苷对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松的影响。方法大鼠分为对照组、模型组、淫羊藿苷低、中、高剂量组，每组10只。70ms／kg维甲酸灌胃2周制备大鼠骨质疏松模型。淫羊藿苷组灌胃给予50、100、200mg／kg淫羊藿苷，连续4周。测定血和骨中相关指标；测定骨密度；骨物理学指标和生物力学指标。结果与模型组比较，淫羊藿苷组可不同程度的升高血清中Ca2＋、P3＋浓度（P〈0．01），降低ALP（P〈0．01）；升高骨中Ca2＋、P3＋、Hyp含量（P〈0．05或〈0．01）；升高骨密度、湿重、干重（P〈0．01）；增加骨中最大弯曲力、抗弯强度、断裂挠度、弹性段终点荷。结论淫羊蓉苷对维甲酸致大鼠骨质疏松有一定的防治作用。

Effect of icariin on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats

Objective To investigate the effect of icariin on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and icariin tow -dose, middle -dose, high -dose group, with 10 rats in each group. The osteoporosis models in rats were established by giving icariin 70mg/kg via gavage for two weeks. The rats in icariin groups were given icariin 50,100,200mg by gavage, respectively for 4 weeks. The related indexes about blood and bone, bone density, bone physical and biomechanical parameters were detected. Results As compared with those in model group, the levels of Ca2 ~ , p3 ~ in serum were increased, however, the concentrations of ALP were decreased in icariin groups （P 〈 0. O1 ）. The levels of Ca2＋ ,p3＋ ,Hyp in bone were increased （ P 〈0.05 or 〈0. O1 ） ,and bone density,wet weight,dry weight, maximum bending force, bending strength, bending strength, the end point of section elastic load in bone were increased in icariin groups （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion Icariin has preventive and the therapeutic effects at some extent on osteoporosis induced by retinoic acid in rats.
