许昌市2242名中职学生血压状况调查

目的 了解许昌市中等职业学校学生血压现况,并分析血压偏高与青春期学生体质指数等相关因素的相关性.方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法随机抽取该市3所中等职业学校健康的2 242名学生（16～18岁）进行血压、身高和体重等指标的测定分析.结果 城市男女学生血压高于农村（P〈0.05）;总血压偏高率为5.75%,男生和女生的血压偏高率分别是7.3%和4.1%;不同体质指数学生血压偏高率有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,直线相关分析显示男女学生收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）与体重和体重指数（BMI）均呈正相关（P〈0.05）.结论 体重偏高或肥胖的儿童、青少年应注意控制体重,以降低患高血压的危险性.

Investigation on Condition of Blood Pressure of 2 242 Secondary Vocational School Students

Objective To understand the blood pressure status of students of secondary vocational schools in Xuchang city. Method 2242 healthy students （between 16 and 18 years old） of 3 secondary vocational schools are selected by using cluster random sampling method to measure and analyze their blood pressure, height, weight and other body indexes. Result Blood pressure of students from cities is higher than those from countries （P 〈 0.05 ） ; overall hypertension rate is 5.75 % , the hypertension rates of boy and girl students are respectively 7.3% and 4.1% ; significant differences （P 〈 0.05） are among students with different body indexes, linear correlation analysis indicates systolic blood pressure （SBP） , diastolic blood pressure （DBP） of boy and girl students both have positive correlation with weight and body mass index （BMI）. Conclusion Children and teenagers with higher weight or fat should control weight in order to reduce the danger of high blood pressure.
