芪苈强心胶囊联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭40例临床观察

目的：观察芪苈强心胶囊联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗慢性心力衰竭（ CHF ）的临床疗效。方法将80例CHF患者随机分为2组。对照组40例予抗心力衰竭常规治疗，治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上加芪苈强心胶囊及盐酸曲美他嗪片，2组均治疗2个月。统计比较2组临床疗效，治疗前后左室射血分数（ LVEF）、早期血流速度峰（ E峰）/晚期血流速度峰值（ A峰）（ E/A）及6 min步行距离。结果治疗组总有效率95．00％，对照组总有效率77．50％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后LVEF、E/A及6 min步行距离均明显改善（P＜0．05），且治疗组改善优于对照组（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论芪苈强心胶囊联合盐酸曲美他嗪治疗CHF临床疗效显著，能显著改善心功能，且无不良反应。

Observation of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride on the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochlo-ride on the treatment of chronic heart failure （ CHF） .Methods 80 patients of CHF were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in control group received conventional treatment of anti -heart failure.40 patients in treatment group were treated by Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride .The course was two months in two groups .The clinical effect , LVEF before and after treatment , E/A and 6 -minute walking distance were com-pared.Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in treatment group and 77.50% in control group.There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P〈0.05）.LVEF after treatment,E/A and 6-minute walking distance after treatment were significantly improved in two groups （P〈0.05）.The improvement in treatment group was superi-or to that in control group （P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride has a definite effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure ,and can obviously improve cardiac function and no adverse reaction .
