摘    要:目的建立分光光度法测定工作场所空气中硫化氢的方法。方法工作场所空气中硫化氢用多孔玻板吸收管采集,与硝酸银反应生成黄褐色硫化银胶体溶液,紫外可见分光光度计比色定量。结果本方法在0~20.0 g硫化氢标准系列范围内线性良好,线性相关系数r≥0.999,方法检出限为0.06 g/mL,最低检出浓度为0.08 mg/m3(以采集7.5 L空气样品计),相对标准偏差为4.97%~8.16%,回收率为94.9%~97.4%。结论该方法准确度高,已用于实际样品的检测。

Abstract:Objective To establish a spectrophotometric method of determination of hydrogen sulfide in the air of work- place. Methods Hydrogen sulfide in the workplace air using porous glass plate absorption tube, react with silver nitrate to generate tan sulfide silver colloidal solution, uv-visible spectrophotometer colorimetric quantitative. Results This method in 0 ~ 20.0 g hydrogen sulfide standard series linear good, within the scope of the linear correlation coefficient r of 0.999 or higher, method detection limit is 0.06 g/mL, the lowest detection concentration of 0.08 rag/m3 (7.5 L to col- lect air sample plan), relative standard deviation is 4.97 %N8.16 % and recovery was 94.9 %N97.4 %. Conclusions The method with high accuracy and has been used in the detection of real samoles.
