辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心衰患者心功能及高敏C反应蛋白的影响研究

目的：研究辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心衰患者心功能及高敏C反应蛋白（ hs-CRP ）的影响。方法：选取本院2010年1月至2012年12月期间在本院诊治的慢性心衰患者150例，根据随机数字表法将其分成对照组（75例）和实验组（75例），对照组给予利尿药、强心剂、血管扩张等常规治疗，在此治疗基础上，实验组加用辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪，观察两组治疗对患者心功能及hs-CRP的影响，并对治疗效果进行评价分析。结果：实验组心功能改善总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；治疗后比治疗前血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子-a（TNF-α）及hs-CRP的浓度水平均降低，实验组比对照组降低更明显。两组比较差异显著（P＜0．05）。结论：辛伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对慢性心衰患者心功能有较好的改善作用，并能有效降低hs-CRP水平，使用方便，值得临床推广应用。

Study of the Impact of Simvastatin and Trimetazidine on Cardiac Function and High-sensitivity CRP of Patients with CHF

Objective：To study the simvastatin and trimetazidine treatment for cardiac function and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （ hs-CRP） in patients with chronic heart failure.Method：150 patients with chronic heart failure were divided into control group （75 cases） and the experimental group （75 cases） ac-cording to the random number table, control group were treated with diuretics, inotropic, vasodilators and other conventional treatment , on the basis of this, the experimental group plus simvastatin and trimetazidine treatment, the patient＇s cardiac function and hs-CRP were observed, and the treatment effect evaluation were analyzed .Result：Total efficiency improved heart function in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）; treatment than pre-treatment serum interleukin-6 （ IL-6 ） , tumor necrosis factor-a （ TNF-alpha ） and the concentration of hs-CRP levels decreased in the experimental group than the control group decreased significantly .The differ-ence was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Simvastatin combined trimetazidine on cardiac function in pa-tients with chronic heart failure has a better effect, and can effectively reduce the level of hs-CRP, easy to use, worthy of clinical application.
