摘    要:目的 研究紫锥菊提取物的遗传毒性,为紫锥菊的开发利用提供实验依据.方法按常规方法进行骨髓细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和Ames试验.结果 紫锥菊提取物各剂量组与阴性对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与阳性对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 紫锥菊提取物对小鼠未见生殖遗传毒性,对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌无致突变性.

Experimental Research of Genetic Toxicity of Echinacea Purpurea Extraction

Abstract:Objective To study genetic toxicity of the Echinacea purpurea extraction to provide experimental basis for Echinacea utili- zation. Methods Using standardized method to conduct marrow micronucleus test, mouse sperm abnormality test and Ames test. Results Echinacea extraction in each group was compared with the negative control group, with no statistical differences (P 〉 0. 05 ). When com- pared with the positive control group, the differences was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Echinacea purpurea extraction has neither genetic reproductive toxic effect on mice, nor mutagenicity on Salmonella typhimurium.
