半夏泻心汤与“舍性存用＂配伍方法

“舍性存用”是指方剂学中的一药或多药功效运用非寒热温凉四性，而是运用药物甘辛苦酸成五味（用）所体现的功用。半夏泻心汤以泻心消痞为主要治法，由黄芩、黄连、干姜、半夏组成，干姜、半夏辛开，黄芩、黄连苦降，辛开苦降以泻心消痞。提示治疗中焦痞满之证，在调气消痞的常规治法之外，还有一种“舍性存用”的变法用药思雏。
