复发性阿弗他溃疡患者血清中IL-17和IL-23的表达

目的：探讨IL-17及IL-23在复发性阿弗他溃疡（rtAU）患者血清中的表达及意义。方法：RAU患者40例（其中轻型30例，重型10例）及健康对照20例，分析其免疫功能状态，采用ELISA法检测其溃疡发作期外周血血清中IL-17、1L-23蛋白表达水平，分析二者的相关性。结果：（1）RAU患者CD4、CIM／8、CDl6＋56低于对照组；IgM、CH50高于对照组，而c3低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；（2）RAU患者发作期外周血中IL-17及IL-23蛋白表达水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），但在轻型及重型RAU间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），IL-17与IL-23表达水平间不存在相关性（r=-0．038，P〉0．05）。结论：RAU患者存在细胞免疫功能降低和体液免疫功能紊乱的症状，RAU患者溃疡发作期外周血中IL-17及IL-23蛋白表达增高，这可能在RAU患者溃疡发生中起一定作用。

The Expression of Interleukin-17 and Interleukin-23 Proteins in Peripheral blood of Patients with Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

Objective： To investigate the expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 proteins in the serum of pa- tients with recurrent aphthous ulcers （RAU） and elucidate the possible role of IL-17 and IL-23 in the pathogenesis of RAU. Methods： 40 patients with RAU （30 cases of minor aphthous ulcer named Mi- AU and 10 cases of major aphthous ulcer named MjAU） were enrolled in research group and 20 healthy people served as control. The expressions of IL-17 and IL-23 proteins in peripheral blood were investigated by using ELISA and their clinical significance in RAU was analyzed by SPSS11.5. Re- suits： The CD4, CD4/CD8, CD16 ＋ 56 and C3 levels in patients with RAU were significantly lower than those in healthy control, and IgM and CH50 levels in patients with RAU were significantly higher than those in healthy control （P 〈0.05） ; The levels of IL-17 and IL-23 proteins in the serum of pa- tients with RAU were significantly higher than those in healthy control （P 〈 0.01 ）, while there was no significant difference between MiAU and MjAU（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions： There are immune dysfunc- tions in patients with RAU. IL-17 and IL-23 up-regulating may play some role in the immune patho- genesis of RAU.
