| 摘 要： | 目的探讨院内紧急救治规范对于多发伤救治效果的作用。方法回顾分析6年来收治的178例严重多发伤患者,制定院内紧急救治规范前2年内的46例为对照组,规范制定后的4年内的132例为绿色通道组。分析两组的年龄、致伤机制、ISS评分、院内各救治环节时间、死亡率。结果两组年龄、致伤机制、ISS评分无显著差异;绿色通道组在急诊科处理、放射影像科检查和入院至手术室时间较对照组明显缩短(P0.05)。绿色通道组死亡6例,死亡率为4.55%;对照组46例死亡5例,死亡率为10.70%(P0.05)。结论基于多学科外科医师组成的多发伤急救团队制定的多发伤院内救治规范可显著缩短院内救治时间,是降低死亡率的重要原因。
