| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方生肌膏的药理作用。方法：观察复方生肌膏对大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠炎性肿胀组织内前列腺素E2含量的影响，以观察该药的抗炎作用。结果：复方生肌膏对大鼠足跖肿胀有明显抑制作用．可显著降低大鼠炎性足跖中的前列腺素E2含量。结论：复方生肌膏具有明显的抗炎作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the pharmacological action of compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration.Methods:To observe the anti-inflammation effects of compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration,we measure the changes of swelling induced in rat paw and amount of prostaglandin E_2 in rat inflammatory edema issue after using compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration.Results:Compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration has remarkable inhibitory effect on swelling induced in rat paw;it can greatly reduce the amount of prostaglandin E_2 in inflammatory edema plantar tissues of the rat's hind paw.Conclusion:Compound ointment for promoting tissue regeneration has significant anti-inflammation effect. |
