| 摘 要： | 总体蛋白质代谢不能反映机体特定器官组织的蛋白质代谢情况,因此需要对组织蛋白质代谢进行研究。本文介绍了稳定同位素示踪技术在组织蛋白质代谢研究中的应用原理、主要方法和研究进展,并分析了各种方法的优点和局限性。

| Abstract: | Study of total protein metabolism can not explain the protein turnover of individual organ or tissue, so it may be necessary to study the tissue protein metabolism. In this paper, reviewed the principle, main methods and development of stable isotopic technique in the study of tissue protein metabolism were reviewed, and with the introduction of advantages and limitations of each method were introduced. |
