纤维蛋白胶在胸外科手术中的应用

目的：了解纤维蛋白胶在胸外科手术中应用的效果。方法：在手术中将纤维蛋白胶喷至漏气、渗血、血管残端和支气管残端等处。结果：所有患者均未出现不良反应；术后平均漏气天数为0．14d，平均第1天引流量为273．5m1，平均第2天引流量为164.4ml，平均拔管时间为2．09d，术后胸管引流通畅未发现因蛋白胶脱落所致的胸管堵塞；所有患者均未发生术后局部感染；远期随访无支气管胸膜瘘发生。结论：纤维蛋白胶在胸外科领域有很好的应用前景。

Application of Fibrin Glue in Thoracic Surgery

Objective:To estimate the value of fibrin glu e in thoracic surgery. Methods:Fibrin glue was used in thes e places such as intraoperative bleeding, lung air leak,the residuals of bronchi a and blood vessel. Results:There was no evidence of adve rse reaction,local infection.The mean air-leaking time was 0.14 day.After operat ion,the mean drainage was 273.5ml, and the mean drainage on 2nd day was 164.4ml. The mean extubating time was 2.09 days on 15t day after operation.The obstructi on in draining tube secondary to the fall off of fibrin glue was not found.There was no bronchopleural fistula in these patients in long term observation. Conclusion:Fibrin glue is very useful and has a good prospect in thoracic surgery.
